Back home, Pádraig today decided it was time he got a watch. A Swatch, to be precise.

You must be so delighted that Padraig asked for a swatch watch, just an ordinary thing, but what a milestone. What a journey you, your family and Padraig have gone through for him to ask for this. Good luck in everything you are going through.
We are! But he was even more delighted than us. And not only did he ask for any watch, he picked one out of several watches – one that had the clearest face, with numbers on it, making it easy for him to tell the time!! Over the last couple of days everybody who came to the house to see him remarked on it to him, and he registered each remark with a big smile:) – Such a small thing, such a big impact!
