Good luck, Reinhard and Pat. I’m sure your attorneys are excellent but just one word of advice and it’s important-
Make sure that they keep you in the loop. No deals should be done, on any issues, without you knowing about them. Remember advocates speak on behalf of their clients but they only are their advisors, not the actual decision makers on any of the real issues. You both make the decisions so it’s up to your advisors to keep you in the loop and don’t be afraid to tell them that.
